Recently, someone asked me how we like our new home and my spontaneous response was “It’s wonderful!” And it is. Deciding to buy a new home is in itself is a difficult decision. There are a ton of considerations, like the size of your budget, your credit rating, and where to buy. Once you are committed to buying a new home, you’ll need to get access to the MLS inventory and find someone that can show you available homes.
